                                                                                    AV ON SITE EVENT TECHNICIAN
London                                                                                                                                                                                        salary up to £35,000 
One of Europe’s Leading providers of integrated AV communication systems. A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated AV systems. Due to continued success and growth of the business  are seeking to recruit AV on site Technician. The ideal candidate will have video conferencing nd events experience. Based on clients site in Central London The main purpose of the role is to provide technical on site support. Based at the clients sites in Canary Wharf and various locations in London

The Role: * Setup/operation of integrated events spaces including high profile auditorium based results presentations and Town Halls 

               *Manage all aspects of the Video calls from initial booking through to monitoring and completion of calls 

               *Locate faults and provide resolutions fix/replace/upgrade hardware where relevant  in AV/VC facilities

               *1st/2nd line repairs & on-going preventative maintenance

               *prepare equipment for future events and meetings as required 

               *Management and support of all equipment on site and ensure KPI's and SLA's are delivered on time 

               *AV Installation and maintenance as required

               * Will have excellent interpersonal skills works well in a team and as a sole technician

*This position will necessitate  working shifts with some flexibility for out of hours events to support events 
* 3% pension contribution (after 3 months probation period)
* 23 days holiday in first year (holiday years rising after length
of service January to December) to 25 during 3rd year
