One of Europe’s Leading providers of integrated AV communication systems. A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated AV systems. Due to continued success and growth of the business  are seeking to recruit an AV Support/Break-Fix Technician to provide on site technical support. To provid a high level of customer service skills to the client to help support them with their AV requirements and technologies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role
                                                               “AV Support/Break-Fix Technician

The Role: * Actively monitor AV/VC estate remotely where propriety tools have been deployed (Crestron Fusion) 

               *Provide real time in room support 

               *Provide a meet & greet service as required to assist all VIP meetings & to help connect audio & video                              conferencing calls virtually and in room as required

                *Proactively train and support end users 

                 *Fault handling and tracking of all AV fault related tickets via ticketing system 

                 *Provide break-fix moves/add/change services as required

                 *Provide event support/equipment co-ordination
