Our client a leading consultancy and technology provider. Due to the continued success year on year of the business are seeking to recruit a Service Help Desk Coordinator Logistics Coordinator with the drive and enthusiasm to succeed in this challenging role The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role experience using call logging systems with an understanding of Audio Visual products. The role of the Service Help Desk coordinator is to provide support to users in an effcient and accurate manner and make sure the customers value is maintained to the company's high standards

The Role:

*As service Help Desk Coordinator you will track and log tickets and provid end to end service to customers

 
* Manage service inbox- creating quotations and purchase orders

*Allocating engineer resource and monitoring engineer calendars

*Will have excellent communication telephone and email and customer focused service skills 

*Experience using helpdesk call logging systems

*Ideally an understanding of Audio Visual products and connections 

*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office  

*Works well under pressure with good attention to detail and accuracy 

*A confident outgoing personality who thrives in a busy environment
