London                                                                                                                                                           salary up to £35,000 
One of Europe’s Leading providers of integrated AV communication systems. A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated AV systems. Due to continued success and growth of the business  are seeking to recruit an AV Technician to provide on site technical support. Monday to Friday 8.00am 6.00pm To provide service delivery and technical support of all installed systems.
                                                              

The Role:

* To work with the technical teams to  provide technical support to AV/VC users 2nd 

*Intevi Scala Sharing cloud Crestron Fusion Crestron UC Flex Shure QSC Microsoft  

*To monitor the level of service provided via the technology deployed 

*To assist/manage with all ads/moves/changes ( small works ) on site 

*To ensure all break-fix activities are carried out under the contracted terms and within agreed SLA's 

 *Ability to multitask and work under pressure to strict deadlines

*Remain client facing and calm under pressure at all times
